By accessing or using FuelTheGains ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using your email address or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payments
FuelTheGains offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features, including personalized meal plan generation and progress tracking, require a paid subscription at $19.99/month.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data including biometric information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

The meal plans and nutritional information provided by FuelTheGains are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. We are not liable for any health issues arising from the use of our meal plans.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of FuelTheGains and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuelTheGains and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.
