You tell us your goal, your weight, and how active you are. We do the math and pick meals from 50+ options that hit your targets exactly — calories, protein, carbs, fat. You get a full week of meals with a grocery list. No counting, no guessing.

How does meal variety work?+

We have 50+ meals in the database. Every week you get different combinations. The app remembers what you've already had and avoids repeats. Once you've tried everything, it starts fresh.

How does the calorie adjustment work?+

You weigh yourself once a week. If you're gaining too fast, we lower your calories a bit. Not fast enough, we bump them up. It happens automatically — you don't have to recalculate anything.

Is my data safe?+

Yes. Your data is private and never sold. Passwords are encrypted, payments go through Stripe (we never see your card number), and everything runs over secure connections. You can delete your account and all your data anytime from your settings.

Can I cancel anytime?+
